The ambitions of the largest inter-school congress in France

Do you have a project?

Junior Enterprises provide you with tailor-made support for each of your projects.

The National Congresses, which include activities, festive evenings, and a day of training, offer more than 70 hours of training related to the CNE23 theme. These events help develop the skills of Juniors and strengthen ties between them.

Twice a year, junior entrepreneurs from across France gather at the National Congresses (NC) organized by the National Confederation of Junior Enterprises. These events bring together nearly 1,000 junior entrepreneurs, fostering exchanges and connections between participants while also allowing them to develop their skills.

For this 2023 National Summer Congress, we were fortunate to return to the Pierre & Vacances holiday village in Le Rouret, which had already hosted us for the 50th anniversary of our Movement. It was in this historic site that we highlighted our shared ambitions, those that have driven the Junior Enterprise Movement for 54 years towards performance and innovation. This edition allows us to shine in the French associative and entrepreneurial landscape, thus strengthening our position as an essential reference in the sector.

The 2023 National Summer Congress: New ambitions…

A unique concept and ambitions

The 2023 National Summer Congress places our shared ambitions at the heart, those which have driven the Movement towards performance and innovation for 54 years.

Today, the Junior Enterprise Movement has reached an exceptional level of maturity more than ever before. It is therefore time to move towards new ambitions :

  • New ambitions for Juniors, by renewing your model, by innovating;
  • New ambitions for Junior Entrepreneurs, inspiring speakers, clients and other students;
  • Finally, new ambitions for the Junior Enterprise Movement. Our recent achievements have demonstrated this (amendment of Junior Enterprises, record growth, large-scale projects, etc.) and we are now able to move to another scale.

With this CNE23, we are putting our ambitions for tomorrow at the center of our discussions. Together, we are reaching out nationally to affirm the Junior-Entreprise concept as a natural fit in the French associative and entrepreneurial landscape.

Exchanges, sharing and diversity

The conference was also marked by the active participation of our various partners. They shared their knowledge, expertise, and vision of the entrepreneurial world, providing students and juniors with valuable insight into the professional world. Interacting with these professionals allowed participants to ask questions, receive strategic advice, and benefit from their field experience.

Skills development at the heart of our ambitions

Bringing to life the ambitions of the largest confederate student movement in France

Do you have a project?

Junior Enterprises provide you with tailor-made support for each of your projects.

The training courses offered at the conferences are designed to meet the skills development needs of juniors, students, and entrepreneurs. The goal is to enable participants to strengthen their expertise in various fields and acquire practical knowledge to succeed in their entrepreneurial projects.

In the form of workshops, round tables, and thematic discussions, the training courses provide unique opportunities to compare different perspectives on specific areas of expertise. Participants have the opportunity to discuss topics such as strategy, human resources management, marketing, communication, business activities, study monitoring, and cash flow management. These exchanges help capitalize on the richness of the Junior Enterprise Movement and encourage exchanges between Juniors, even leading to potential partnerships.

A reinvented format

During this training day, we also offered a unique format: “Business Game: from planning to achieving your objectives.” In the form of an economic and strategic simulation game, this very first Business Game brought together 100 Junior Entrepreneurs. For 6 hours, they transformed themselves into real business managers. In teams of 10, they made key decisions to improve performance, limit risks, and achieve the set objectives. As in the real world, each decision will be directly reflected on their fictitious Junior. Through this format, they developed cross-functional skills to better understand the impact of each decision on the performance of a structure.

At the 2023 National Summer Congress, we focused on collaboration between Juniors to offer training courses that reflect the diversity of our Movement and our ambition to progress together. The Juniors themselves contribute to the training by sharing their experience by comparing different points of view on the same subject of expertise stemming from their J.E. experience, their teachings or their personal skills. They present their successes, their failures and their advice to other Juniors. This practical and concrete approach allows participants to learn from the experiences of others and benefit from sound advice for their own projects.

Expertise supported by numerous companies

The various partners of the CNJE play a key role in the professional training offered at conferences. They provide high-quality professional training, allowing participants to develop specific skills, explore new approaches and benefit from the expertise of established professionals. They are committed to contributing to the development of skills within this unique Movement and to providing added value to the 25,000 students who make it up.

The training courses provided by our partners aim to delve deeper into specific topics related to entrepreneurship and the challenges young entrepreneurs face. This includes topics such as project management, startup financing, growth strategies, digital marketing, innovation, and more. Participants can interact with experts, share their opinions, and ask relevant questions, creating enriching discussions.

The Awards: Recognition of the Excellence of the Movement

The ambition to surpass oneself

One of the highlights of the congress is the awards ceremony, which celebrates the excellence of Junior Enterprises, awarded by the Movement's Premium, Future, and Ministerial Partners. These awards are presented to organizations that have distinguished themselves through their exceptional performance, creativity, innovation, and impact on the business world.

These awards allow organizations to stand out, challenge their projects, and assess their objectives. This represents a real added value that will help them in their future commercial and strategic development.

The Award of Excellence

The Prix d’Excellence is an award presented annually by the National Confederation of Junior Enterprises to the best Junior Enterprise of the year. Established in 1987, this award is organized by a jury composed of professionals and experts: Premium Partners BNP Paribas, Alten, EY and Engie, as well as the Strategic Orientation Committee of the CNJE.

The objective is to reward the Junior Enterprise that has successfully integrated and impacted its ecosystem, that has shown unwavering commitment to customer and stakeholder satisfaction, and that has achieved exceptional performance in achieving and exceeding its strategic objectives. This year, it is Escadrille Toulouse Junior Conseil who won this award.
