Skill development
The primary purpose of Junior Enterprises is to enable all students at their schools to put their teaching into practice by offering educational assignments to professionals. These assignments allow students to confront real-world market issues even before completing their studies.
Junior Entrepreneurs are also supported throughout their experience by the National Confederation of Junior Enterprises and its partners, who provide them with more than 1,000 hours of training each year.

Professional integration
Junior Enterprises facilitate meetings between students and professionals through the missions they carry out but also through the organization of events such as conferences, workshops, and networking sessions. These different exchange times allow students to enrich their professional network, receive advice from experienced professionals, discover new professions and get noticed by potential recruiters. Territorial network
Junior Enterprises, through their presence throughout France, actively contribute to the economic dynamics of their local environment. More than 50 partnerships are formed each year between Junior Enterprises and local stakeholders: Chambers of Commerce and Industry (CCI), MEDEF (French employers' association), local SMEs, incubators, local authorities, etc.
They stimulate innovation and competitiveness within the regions by addressing the challenges faced by professionals regardless of their sector of activity. Their contribution to student training also helps ensure a talent pool for local businesses, thereby strengthening the economic fabric and promoting regional development.
